2006/2007: Renovation (Glasgow)
Athole Lodge, Glasgow Project Architect for Design and Complete Refurbishment Programme of a Victorian Villa:
The property was extensively fire damaged and required full internal and external re-instatement. The house was situated within a conservation area and so all proposals required to be in keeping with the style of the area. The brief was to re-instate the house and to add a substantial extension to incorporate the following:
- Kitchen with Dining Area
- Utility Room, Gymnasium, Wet room Wine Cellar
- Double Garage
- Conservatory with an extensive sitting area and Swimming Pool
- Extensive external landscaping throughout the garden grounds
