2009: Luxury Flats (Milngavie, Glasgow)
Design architect and project manager for a conversion project within the conservation area of Milngavie. The brief was to convert a restaurant into two luxury flats. The flat to the front of the property was formed over two levels by utilising the attic space and the smaller flat to the rear of the building was designed over one level. The proposed renovation work included reinstatement of traditional style windows, Victorian cornicing, dado and picture rails and many original features.
