2000: Lounge bar (Edinburgh South)
Acting as an Architect and Project Manager whilst working with Weddell & Thomson Architects and Interior Designers.
The design was on the grounds of the former Sighthill Public House.
The brief was to design a large Lounge Bar with private accommodation for the manager on the floors above. It was also proposed to have a filling station constructed adjacent to the restaurant.
